Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your White Fox Boutique purchase, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items for a store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Download Shipping Label

  Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  After our warehouse team inspects and processes your return, you will receive an email containing your store credit voucher to use on your next order.
